What should i color my hair....... 10 pts?

im lebanese. typically 85% of all lebanese girls have dark brown/black hair. i was born with blonde hai then it kept getting darker and darker. now i have darkish brown hair with pretty natural highlights in the sun. i tried highlights and lightening it up a bit but its not that stunning. I have very nice features with plump lips and dont have the generally big mediterranean nose (no offense to anyone) i just really want a color that will make me stick out and look DIFFERENT. i have brown eyes (they get really dark with make-up and look light brown without) i have olive skin but its not dark i look white sort of. i was thinking of dying my hair Blue black. i dunno what would you recommend??? 10 points
