How do I cancel a successful K1 Visa?

I've been had. I finally admitted it to myself. My finance from Colombia only wants the ultimate green card. I want to cancel the K1 visa as soon as possible but don't have a clue. I sent my original paperwork to California. Do I send a letter there or is there a form I have to fill out? Thanks!
