Do i have dry eye syndrome?

ok when i walk up and i look at my eyes there pretty much all white but after awhile they looking kinda pink and bloodshot. every now and then they watery, burning sensations, painfull to open my eyes now and then. and feels somewhat itchy like there something in there. its in both so i have been looking around and i think i have dry eyes syndrome. what do you all think i just really noticed its now and when i pull my bottom eye lid down it really red. please help me i hate the way they look what can i do is it chronic can i get rid of it forever or what?
