An abortion is a medical procedure ONLY done with the mother's consent since she is the sole caretaker and responsible party for the child. Throwing a pregnant woman off of a boat, killing her, and subsequently her child is murder of both. It's kinda like a 2 for 1. He killed her and she happened to be pregnant, so he literally killed 2 birds with 1 stone. Also, lacy was far enough along where her baby could have lived if he'd been born at that time. Scott drowned the fetus. that's murder.
