Can I still use a certain name for my bar if another company has trademarked it as their slogan?

I came up with the perfect name for my bar, and when I was trying to register the domain name for the website, I discovered that a Beer is using my name for their slogan, word for word, and it has TM for trademark at the end. I dont want the Slogan, I want to name my bar this, is that legal? Forgive me for being secretive and not giving the name, just being careful.
