How do I get from Fiumicino Airport, Rome to Hotel Cardinal below Vatican city?

Arriving at 22h at airport and need the safest and quickest way to get to hotel, any suggestions ? I know there is the Leonardo Express that goes into Termini station and there's an FR1 Service to Trastevere but how do I get from there to the Hotel which is on Via Leone Dehon?
