My hands and arms swell.what could it be and why?

im on my 23rd week of pregnancy.and last day i woke up bec my shoulders and my back aches.then the next day,my arms got swollen (i think)i can see my veinsgot big and visible than ever.and my hands are killing me.my hubby mage me last night and i thought its gonna be ok.yes,i got ok.i slept after the mage.but today i woke up and still my hands are aching....i dont know why...pls help
