What goof up? People die all the time in war. It wasn't that lady's first time around the block. The stupid ***** new better than to walk around during a firefight. I have no empathy for her. And the only issues at hand, were the Iraqi BDE and BTN CDR's not doing their job and ping the mission up the chain of command...
