Question about my rabbit- help please :/?

Well this may sound like a dumb question, but my bunny is acting really strange and i was just wondering if you all think it is because she isn't fixed. She has been tearing up her cage (pulling off the hayrack, turning her food bowl, digging and throwing all her litter out) and when I let her out for her daily run-around, she won't come to me, only to hide behind the chairs and under the sofa. Sometimes she comes out, only to return to her hide away. She won't sit still for me to clip her nails, and she won't sit still when i tried cleaning some hard stuff off her backside. It's still there :/ Anyway, thanks. Oh ! and another thing. There is this brown chunky stuff that I find next to her bowl sometimes. It's not her food, or her dropping, and it's wet-ish. Sorry, I am a first-time owner. Anyway, thanks again ! Any help is appreciated.
