In love with my cousin, but I dont know how she feels.?

First off I'd like to explain how we are cousins, she is my fathers half brothers granddaughter. I first met her at a family function when I was 20 and she was 19. We immediately hit it off! And I deeply love her! I have a strong feeling she loves me too, but I'm not sure! Like, there are days I'll just be standing around and she'll walk by and her hand will brush against mine. There was a few occasions were I'd be sitting on the couch, and she'd sit next to me, and I'd wrap my arms around her and she would rest her head on my chest. There was one time she was resting her head on my chest and I started to rub her legs and kiss her neck, and she loved it! But now when I bring up my feelings and what we've done, she acts as if it never happened, and she doesn't want to talk about it! I'm so confused! What should I do?
