Hughes the worst manager ever? Hughes in control of transfers?

Lets get real it seems that most of the negative on Hughes and City, aare from Man Utd Liverpool and Arsenal fans. Mark Hughes when he came he declared it would be a 3-4 yr project and Cook and the owners have also said the same.. Robinho was just a statement of intent on the day they took control. who would not want a cl player given too you by the owners. KaKa was ambitious but would never have worked at the moment. Anyone who has listened to Mark Hughes and Gary Cook will see Hughes is in charge of the transfers. Hughes and Cook said man city would not be held to ransom by clubs. Bellamy and De Jong were over priced but Man City bid 10 million for 2 players frrom west ham and only when they bid 8 million and spurs came in for him did the price go up for Bellamy..De Jong they may have lost him if they left it until the summer. Real and Milan were interested. the clearest sign that Hughes controls the transfers is the players that have been brought in, and that even though Blackburn tried to hike the price of a player Hughes turned around from a flop to a star last season. Hughes would not go above the price they believed he was worth. Given was purchased for 6 MILLION. what a bargain. So lets be real can anyone say that any of Hughes signings have not been good ones? exclude Jo as Hughes did not purchase him. Ben Haim is the only one that has been a let down. can anyone really be serious that Man City will be relegated, they must be the same that believe Arsenal will win the EPL this season. My opinion is Hughes needs time to build his team they are only 9 points off 6th place with 15 games to go.
