Do I get my points back if nobody answers my question?

I asked this question: "My iPod won't play any new songs" in Music & Music Players and it hasn't received an answer. I asked this question 20 hours ago and I am wondering I wasted 5 points asking a question nobody answered so will I get my points back if I wait until it expires?? Geez somebody asked "What's iTunes" and they got like 20 answers and I got like 0 answers and my iPod's broken now.
